We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange it.
What can be returned
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Made-to-measure pieces are cut to your measurements, so they can be exchanged or altered but not refunded, unless they arrive faulty.
Return shipping is free
We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved we email you a prepaid return label to print, or arrange a courier pickup.
How to start a return or exchange
Contact us through the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the reason. We reply within one business day with instructions.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of the item arriving at our workshop. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Tell us when you start the return and we ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back, at no extra cost.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Customs duties
If customs duties were charged on your order, we cover them. They are never deducted from your refund.
